Celebrating Heritage Day and Workplace Inclusivity at Rally Business
At Rally Business Consulting (RBC), our work culture thrives on collaboration, inclusivity, and a deep appreciation for diversity. This Heritage Day, RBC and the Finance Department came together to celebrate through a unique team-building activity that reflected our values. Employees proudly wore traditional attire and worked as a team to prepare an African traditional meal, which was shared and enjoyed together. This celebration wasn’t just about honoring African heritage—it was also about fostering team spirit and strengthening the bonds that make RBC a great place to work.

Beyond celebrating our culture, RBC is deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Recently, the Finance Department visited the upgraded Brooklands employee residential village, led by Mr. Khoza, SAFCOL’s Plant Manager. The tour highlighted improvements made to enhance employee living conditions and addressed ways to maintain and optimize village infrastructure. This engagement reflects our dedication to not only our work but also to the well-being of our team members and stakeholders.
Inclusivity is a cornerstone of our culture at RBC. One of our latest initiatives involved the integration of accessibility solutions into our office spaces.
With portable wheelchair ramps now in place, we are proud to offer improved access for disabled individuals, ensuring that our workspace is both inclusive and prepared for emergencies. This step underscores our commitment to making RBC a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for everyone.
At RBC, our work culture goes beyond the tasks at hand. It’s about embracing our heritage, prioritizing inclusivity, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Together, we celebrate the diversity, creativity, and innovation that drive us forward.
